Welcome to the new CLCC group on the Wittenberg Trail. We hope that you can use this group to meet other people that are interested in learning or helping more people to learn about our precious confessional Lutheran faith and heritage. Confessional Lutheran's for Christ's Commission (CLCC). We started a group on the WT so people will be able to communicate with one another, discuss different topics, ask questions, etc. People will also be able to find out more about what the CLCC is about and what we hope to accomplish as a new organization. We encourage you to explore the rest of the Wittenberg Trail, too. It is huge, but there are different headings at the top of the page. You can go to different topics, forums, groups, the classroom, see who other members are. From your own page you can add friends. Some of you may already be a member on the trail. Please invite your personal friends to join our group, too. The more the better. We all have friends, as well as ourselves, that could stand to learn something new, or have questions about what we as Lutherans, believe, teach and confess. Once we know more about our faith we can know how to be ready to tell people of the reason for the hope we have. We can grow more confident, and realize how special and unique this gift of our faith we were given is. Please visit our web site, too. You can download the BOC on there, and also the 20 most FAQ about the BOC.
Blessings to you,
Kari Anderson, PR-CLCC

The group has been started to also allow us to phase out the existing general mailing list we have been sending out by email. Due to spamming, etc. it takes a lot of time to prepare multiple messages when we want to send all of you some new information, news release, etc. We will use both systems for a period of time and then use this method only to reach those who are interested in CLCC activities, but have not yet become a member. We will start another group soon that will be for members only. Membership applications are available on the web site or you can request one from me

I'm excieted you are using Wittenberg Trails. I printed off your bulletin insert from CLCC to give to my pastor and two elders. May God bless this ministry! I look forward to learning more here.

Thanks for starting this group on Wittenberg Trail. I still have not joined CLCC as an official member, but am learning more about what your goals as a group are. I am just coming to the end of a long study on the Augsburg Confession in my congregation (a CPH study) and find that this group, though small, invites the most questions and discussion, compared to the other studies I teach in my congregation. We have been in this study for such an extended time because of our indepth discussions. I'm looking forward to see how CLCC can help the local congregation become more interested in our Lutheran Confessions to learn and hold to them more faithfully. God's blessings to you in this holy endeavor.

While I cannot in conscience join CLCC, I can join this discussion, for I generally support the aims of the group. This seems a wise use of bandwidth.

Hi, Pastor Bolland, good to have you on board. How did you like the red tie with the logo? I was there when it was made. The Jeske's are old family friends and we were visiting with them while we were in MN in March.
