Greetings, Robert.
Glad to see a group like this on WT. I was raised in the ALC and am now in the LCMS, native of California (born and raised in San Diego). I've lived in Dana Point since 1986. I'm now congregational president @ Faith Lutheran of Capistrano Beach and am director of South Orange County Outreach (SOCO). My website @ www.surfoutsider.net tells a lot about what I'm about.

Welcome back to the O.C. Rod's mentioned you to me in the past and now I hear you were called to Abiding Savior. I work in Rancho Santa Margarita and would enjoy having lunch sometime. Blessings on your call here. Dave

Robert,

Yes, Rod has said you are one of the good guys. Welcome to So. Cal. It would be good to have you join us out on the deck sometime for smokes, meat and strong beverage.

Greetings to the group!

I actually live in Oregon, but did live in the Bay Area in the Sixties. I wanted to share with you some happenings up in the state of WA and invite you to think about doing a seminar like this, or another one that CLCC has available. Join our CLCC Information Group on the WT to stay informed. Our Website is wwwtheclcc.org which is being redesigned to add more functionality, etc.

Welcome, Paul. I have only been to Calgary twice in my life, but only stayed in town for a few days once. Nice place. I just had a conversation with a pastor in New Brunswick earlier today about one of the CLCC seminars. Visit the CLCC website at www.theclcc.org for lots more info.

Greetings, The CLCC seminar schedule has really been picking up this year and we will be bringing on one or more instructors as well. Two more are scheduled this summer, one in Gresham, OR (Your Reformation Walk) and one in El Paso, TX (Evangelism, Outreach and Assimilation.)

Special note for those of you who live in CA and AZ. We are planning a series of seminars for the months of Jan/Feb/Mar. My wife and I will travel from place to place in our RV during those months. We already have three possibilities lined for Northern CA, and will be working on lining up additional ones in the month of July. We need to get this all planned out early in order to make appropriate RV camping reservations, so there will be a cut-off date sometime in September. If you have an interest, now would be a good time to let me know by email to clcc.treas@douglasfast.net.

Any of our available seminars can be requested. Gene
