"Yes, it was very nice. Both my sister and I were invited as well as a few of our neighbors. About 60 people attended, many from Estelle's family. It was held at a Deli. It was a very nice room. Also, it is in a shopping mall, store after store…"

- I liked listening to Issues, etc. when it was on KFUO. I would like to know is this program still on the air? Is there a radio station that can be heard over the Internet that airs Issues, etc.?

I'm very sad to report that "Issues, Etc." is no longer broadcasting new shows, although I believe the archived shows are still available for download. In my opinion a very poor decision was made by certain persons in Synodical headquarters to cancel the show and terminate Pr. Todd Wilken and the show's producer, Jeff Schwarz. A great cry of outrage and disappointment has gone up because of it, but it doesn't look like IE will be back on any time soon.
I will put in a very humble plug for a broadcast/podcast show we're doing called "Radical Grace." It's available here on the WT (check out the link on my WT page) or through iTunes (listed as "The Lutheran Difference"). It's not the same format as IE, and it's only an hour a week right now, but it has the advantage of being funded, produced, and broadcasted INDEPENDENTLY of synod. Please check it out.

I'm Matthew from the Program. Was it the latest show? If it is, it could be that your internet connection times out after a certain point. Although there is something you can do about that, I think what's going to help more is if I begin breaking the program up into two shorter programs rather than one long program.
If you still haven't heard the entire show, let me know and I'll send it to you.

Regarding the Mp3 and whether I've recorded any CDs. I haven't recorded in that sense, but in the last year I've recorded enough stuff to produce a CD. I'm thinking about spending some time tonight doing a track of some sort, but I'm not sure what. I'll start loading up all the different tracks as I get them done on my page.

Radical Grace Radio air Sundays at 2pm eastern standard time on AM1510 WWBC, Cocoa Florida. If you're out of the area you can listen to the stream at WWBC's website, and there's an 800 number you can call. We'd love to get a call from you.
Also, we've improved the quality of the mp3s, and there's now a program where you can get the show mailed to you on CD's every week if you wish.
