I failed to mention the need for patience(a fruit of the Spirit) when asking questions on "Ask the Pastor". A pastor will answer your question.

Javier, if you input "virgin mary" into the search box at upper right of the main page you may review past discussions on the topic. This may answer your question quicker.

Denominations: They still matter
By Robert C.Blezard
The Lutheran, Feb 2011, pg.27

Three of Luther's revolutionary theological insights especially distinguish Lutherans from other groups of Christians:

Justification by faith, which concerns how and why we are saved by God.

Law and gospel, which describes how Scripture works on us to bring us to salvation.

Theology of the Cross, which outlines how we know anything about God and how we draw conclusions about God and God's will.
