This year we had 5 services from Thursday through Sunday. We had our first ever Easter vigil. We had about 40 people join us in the snow, yes that's right in the snow! around a fire to begin the service. It lasted about an hour and forty minutes and consisted of candle light, psalms, select readings, remembrance of baptism, litany of prayer, a short homily and of course the sacrament. Anyway it was a blessing.

So, I see you've come out of the closet, vocationaly speaking? Have you been telling others you're headed to the seminary. I don't think my in laws are aware of anything yet. I hope you're working on your greek.

I'll be up your way later in April, apparently its a pretty big deal for Roger to be married to Laura 40 years. I don't know, some how I don't think the Israelites thought 40 years in the wilderness was something to commemorate, nevertheless, we'll be up on April 27th.

tour in the army. We were blessed with 4 healthy children and they have begun their own lives now. I will most likely be the "old guy" as I am getting closer and closer to the 50 year old mark. I am looking forward to meeting you and your family next spring at the latest. Jeff
