What (or Who) is the Crossroads Network?

Tonight I received two emails from www.thecrossroadsradio.com . They claim to be "thoroughly Lutheran" but they have no indication of "who we are" and identify they themselves by first name only. They are actively seeking funds to support their internet radio programs. Does anyone know anything about this organization?
