This Issues ETC. thing has opened many new old places. I had seen this blog listed but didn't join until this Issues thing hit the fan. Will this wake the masses up, I doubt it. Too many believe Missouri is the church rather then a man made organization and too many believe they can bring it back to orthodoxy. When an organization changes as much as Missouri Synod has, it can never be brought back to its original status. It will have all kinds of aberrations that live through the return to orthodoxy. Think Luther. The Roman church got worse after he tried to bring it back.
I'll see the force of nature tomorrow, but I am not a hugger. Except my wife and kids.
Our congregation is not a member of ELDoNa, but congregations do not join ELDoNA only Pastors. However, I do support ELDoNA and have been to the last two colloquiums. I plan to go to the one this year also. Our congregation is an independent Lutheran congregation. Our web site is www.holytrinityLC.org , log on and sign our guest book. If you would like to know more about ELDoNA or The Augustana Ministerium you can contact me either on TT, MOSy or here. I kind of browse all of them. If you want to contact off any list, my email is firstname.lastname@example.org.

I would like to see what is going on in confessional Lutheranism. I am a member of Lutherquest, but find that venue is populated by too many post-moderns that call themselves Lutheran. I am also on both the MOSy and table talk lists.
